Homemade mozzarella sticks are harder to make than you would think. This was my best attempt. They weren't as tasty as I was hoping either. Maybe next time.

You're right about that one. The cheese oozes out soon after you fry them. But if you double dip the mozzarella (egg wash-panko-egg wash-panko), the breading will be thick enough to endure the frying :)
